Support
A few of the most common things people need are built directly into the app: sign in, local reset, sync refresh, and account deletion.
Sign-in and sync
Use the Profile tab to sign in, refresh the signed-in profile, or sign out. If history looks stale after sign-in, refresh the signed-in profile again after the session restores.
Meal analysis retries
If a meal comes back as low confidence or asks for another try, use a brighter photo, keep the full plate in frame, and avoid screenshots or menus.
Account deletion
Delete the signed-in account from the Profile tab. That removes the signed-in profile, cloud meal history, and the local app history on that device.
Nutrition estimates
Forkbook estimates meal details from photos. If something looks off, edit the meal name or note, rate the result, and retry with a brighter full-plate photo.
Receipts, menus, and non-food images
Forkbook is tuned for meal photos. Screenshots, receipts, labels, menus, and blurry images may return a retry or not-food message instead of a nutrition estimate.
